to announce that it is developing a specialty TV channel devoted to
the sport and lifestyle of MMA.

The Takedown TV Channel will broadcast 24/7 and feature live and
taped MMA sporting events, news, one-on-one interviews, fight
analysis, skills instruction, and a wide array of MMA-related
lifestyle shows. Programming will incorporate the hundreds of hours
of archival footage from Takedown’s MMA promotion partners, a full
schedule of live fights and original shows created both in-house and
with outside entertainment suppliers.

Taking the TV channel approach for distribution of its own content
vaults Takedown into the same league as the NFL Network, NBA TV and
the Tennis Channel. Establishing the Takedown TV Channel opens
opportunities for the company to supply major broadcast carriers such
as DirecTV, Time Warner, BSkyB and others with a complete MMA
network, while continuing to distribute content to individual
channels both nationally and internationally.

The Takedown TV Channel will be developed as a linear IPTV channel
(Internet Protocol TV) to take advantage of the latest digital
technology and will be delivered to game consoles like Xbox and
PlayStation, where the MMA fan lives, as well as to connected devices
via premium subscription services such as Netflix, Roku, Boxee and
Smart TV.

The Takedown TV Channel will deepen advertising and sponsorship
participation across all Takedown properties and become a

the creation of the Classic Sports Network, now ESPN Classic,
